Proposed Stock classes postponed

Straight from Howard Duncan: ENGLEWOOD, CO, Nov. 7&emdash;The stock restructure has been tabled for further study and member comment. The issues in this decision were philosophical in that the proposal was a bit late in the year in getting to the membership AND the practical in that there were some oversights in missed or incorrect listings. In its place will be the reclassifications of a few cars that were concurrently published as a sort of Plan B if the restructure did not happen. These include the following: Mustang SVO from FS to GS. Conquest/Starion Turbo from FS to GS. Nissan NX2000 and SER from DS to ES. VW Rabbit GTi from ES to HS. MR2 supercharged from AS to BS. The following reclassification was tabled, BMW M3 (E30, first generation). STS has been approved for full National class status. This does not include STR or SM.
